looking for a new job. found one That paid very well. I got hired but I didn't know how.to do the job. theres a computer lab full of people and it's loud there's one associate manager but it's too loud and busy for him to help all of us. the day ends. and I still am unsure how to do the job. I ask for help and found my way to the bosses office it's a computer lab full of them and they start to criticize the manager over me because He left but I said he did try to help but I need more help. one person tried to assist but I'm still clueless when it came time for me to do work on my own. the third day we have an assignment I'm clueless so I decide to cheat off of the person next to me. and when I asked for help the whole class came over to see what was going on there was so many people around me I stood up and stepped back the teacher kept looking for an explanation the student found that I cheated and announced it to the class. I lied and said I found it then the others demanded that I show how I got the answers. I couldn't because I didn't know anything. I stalled the day ended I tried to ask how to do the assignment so I can learn and then see how to complete it. but I was never clear the thought of asking the person I cheated off of how they got it but I knew they weren't going to help. as time passed by, I still am unsure how to do the job there's projects that comes up and we are to contact people on the phone and sell them contracts or homes something that costs a lot of money. if there's a complaint you don't get commission and 3 of those and you're fired. I saw someone get promoted and tried to pair up with them to understand what it is the job wants to to do. but they didn't explain enough. I'm at the computer and I am nervous to get my first customer. almost positive I'm not going to be able to keep this job even though it pays a lot of money.
